By registering as a member of Huunr ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not register or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Huunr.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Huunr reserves the right to verify eligibility and refuse service to anyone at its sole discretion.
Huunr offers a one-time membership fee structure:
All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. By completing payment, you confirm that you are the authorized user of the payment method used. Membership grants lifetime access to the Service as it exists and as it evolves, subject to these Terms.
Huunr reserves the right to introduce additional paid features or premium tiers in the future. Existing memberships will not be downgraded without notice and consent.
We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your membership within the first 7 days of joining, contact us at hello@huunr.com for a full refund. Refund requests made after 7 days will be considered at our discretion. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

Membership grants you access to Huunr-managed WhatsApp groups. By joining these groups, you acknowledge that:
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Huunr does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular business outcome will result from your membership. Business results depend on your own efforts and circumstances.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Huunr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for your membership.
The Huunr name, logo, website design, and all associated content are owned by or licensed to Huunr. You may not use, copy, or reproduce any of our intellectual property without prior written consent. Content you post or share within the community remains yours, but you grant Huunr a non-exclusive license to display it within the platform.
Huunr reserves the right to suspend or terminate your membership at any time for violations of these Terms, without prior notice and without refund. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting hello@huunr.com. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. If you are a resident of the USA, you agree that Indian law governs your membership agreement with Huunr.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify members of material changes via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
